The most successful online businesses create an offer that is so compelling that their customers can’t refuse. Your offer or product should be so compelling and offer so much value that it should seem like a no-brainer to either opt in or buy.

There are 7 key components to creating a compelling and powerful lead magnet.

  1. Be Clear. Say exactly what is in the offer. There should be no confusion about what your offer is and does. If there is any confusion the prospect will be unlikely to buy or opt in.
  2. Give value. Your offer must be of great value. The key is to help your prospects with a specific problem. The customer must see the offer as valuable. Always think in terms of what the customer wants not what you want.
  3. Offer a discount. Offering a sale or a discount gives you customer further incentive to buy. Sometimes this may be a risk-free trial period or giving the first module in a series for free and offering the others at a discount. Or you can give your customers something extra that they won’t be able to get at regular price.
  4. Clarify you offer. Give people a clear explanation for your offer. People will be skeptical if you fail to explain the reason for your offer. If there is no explanation expect resistance, skepticism, and suspicion in the minds of you customers.
  5. Require quick action. Assume that the person visiting your website will not come back to your page. Tell them where to click.
  6. Call to action. Give your customers clear what to do directions. Tell your customers exactly what to do.
  7. Offer a guarantee. The most common form of this is a guarantee is a money back guarantee.

Become A List Builder Not A Perfectionist

It is common to fear what other people will say. This is your social self-esteem on the line. If trying to make everything perfect is preventing you from taking massive action it’s not your fault. People, even if they are well-meaning, may criticize what you are are doing from a place of ignorance. They see what you are doing but may not understand the ins and outs of business or marketing. The truth is that it is best to take imperfect action. If something is good enough then it’s good enough. Version 1.0 is always better than version 0.0. Also, let’s think about your audience they are depending on you to give them value. It is actually selfish not to give them the value that they seek especially if you ever expect them to do business with you.

Below is a plan to promote your webinars using Facebook Lives.

Week 1:
Utilize the most up to date training on the topic of your choice. As you’re creating your Webinar and PowerPoint, break it down into 5 – 7 segments. If you are in My Lead System Pro, simply tap into the numerous system campaigns and utilize your training library.

Present these 5-7 segments during your 7 days leading up to your webinar with Facebook Live. Promote your Facebook Live events to your list.

The Call To Action from these Live events, is what you’re going use to drive traffic to your webinar and generate free leads. Be sure to integrate an autoresponder like Aweber to capture your leads.generate free leads

As you put out each Facebook Live consistently mention your webinar. This webinar is going to be pure value. Be sure to talk the problems that the products of your company or service offer. Be mindful that you are not selling your product of service you are really selling the next webinar. You’re building your audience and trust by being patient.

Weeks 2 and 3:
Similar to Week 1, your Facebook Live videos 5-7 days in a row will have your webinar as the call to action. Choose one of the products that your company provides and run your content and webinar around that information. Weeks 2 and 3 are good time to move your audience into buying mode. This is where you’ll offer your product or service, through the topic you’ve chosen. This may not be a hard sell. More of an offer. For example, If you are in MLSP, you could use the importance of Blogging, Capture Pages, Customer Relationship Manager, Webinars, Exchange of Value, etc…

Week 4:
You have generated free leads for the last 3 weeks to a targeted audience. Week 4 Facebook Lives should include, your lead generation part of your content. You’ll put on your webinar and at the end is where you’ll perform a complete back office overview to show your new, highly engaged audience what you and your system have to offer.

Here are some questions to ask yourself as you are working through the process of creating your online brand:

  1. Who is my ideal customer?
  2. What do my customers want?
  3. Who are my competitors?
  4. What is my competitor’s brand position?
  5. What problem does my company solve?

  7. When people think about my company or product, what are the feelings and associations I want them to have?
  8. What are the emotional and functional benefits of the products or service that we deliver to our customers?
  9. What kind of personality will my brand have?

Make Connections

Be sure that you are utilizing the power of social media to make connections. Spend time reaching out to new people every day. Make it a point to reach out to 5 – 10 people and start a new conversation with them each day, Find out what they are doing and if they have a problem that you may be able to solve. It is important to make connections and become social. There is no golden script, simply ask people how they are doing and let them know that you wish to connect. Remember people join people they do not join companies.

Be ConsistentSocial Media for Small Business

This is one of the most difficult aspects but by far the most important. You have to be sure that you show up. In order to gain real traction on social media you have to show up and be consistent. After you build a following people will start looking for you and if you do not show up they will move on. Decide on your target market and put out valuable content consistently.

Build Your List

You list is your most important asset. You may have heard it before that the money is in the list. Find a way to give consistent value everyday in exchange for an email address. Do Videos

This is the best time to start doing videos.  Facebook is now competing with Youtube and is favoring video. People love live streaming and it helps you to build rapport through strengthened human interaction.  They key is to do daily videos that will teach someone something that you have learned. The first videos that you do may not be great but after some time you will get better.

Become The Best Student

Commit to becoming a life long learner. When you learn something do a video or create a blog post to teach that content. This will help you increase your value in the market place and grow a strong following on the internet.

Fun is Not Work

Be sure that you are enjoying what you are doing. If you are doing something only for the purpose of earning money then that is not true freedom. The purpose of owning a business is not only to create money but to create a life of freedom. If you are doing what you love you it will not feel like work.

There are three critical steps to an effective online marketing strategy. Build your audience. Engage with your audience. Only after those first two-step you can then sell to your audience. These steps must be done in this order.

How does your business measure up to the online gurus? Answer the following questions.

Effective follow-up and engagement is more than just a simple email autoresponder sequence. Use ongoing consistent email broadcast and engagement. Utilize a customer relationship manager. Host your own webinars.

4. Monetization

There are three elements to an effective monetization strategy resulting in increased revenue and an increased number of customers. The first is a low-cost front end offer, low barrier to entry, variety of offers. The second element is to increase the revenue into your business is to increase the number of transactions. Client Prospecting on Facebook Made Easy

How would you like to have an unlimited amount of free leads? What if you were able to teach your team a simple strategy to get leads daily?

The key to infinite leads is providing consistent value and getting people t engage with your content. By providing value you are branding yourself as helpful authority to attract your ideal client or prospect. Let people know exactly why you turned to utilizing the power of the internet to explode your business.

Some most engaging post that I made hit emotional strings. It is important to let people know why you are mad in a positive way. One goal of generating valuable content is to compel people to reach out to you.

The key is to be specific about who you are talking to. What do you help them with?

I started creating consistent value when I set a specific time to do a Facebook Live show. This triggered in my mind that what I was doing was bigger than me. After a few weeks of doing valuable lives consistently no matter what the engagement, I found that people were tuning in. Your value will help to make your consumer know like and trust you prior to even speaking with you.

It is important to be vulnerable and honest. The more honest you are the more people will respect what you are doing.

Don’t be afraid to be yourself. The moment when you start to be yourself people will respect and trust you. Authenticity builds automatic rapport.

You may not realize it but you have future teammates now on your Facebook friends list. Reach out to 10 Facebook people who you have not reached out to that are already on your Facebook Friends list.

Your first message can be as follows:

“Hey ___, I have to apologize for not reaching out to you beforehand. You’ve been on my Facebook for X amount of time and we’ve never actually connected. One of my goals id to get to actually know more of my FB friends. You’ve got great energy, what is it that you do exactly?”

When meeting new people online. Look at their profile and pre-qualify them. Be sure the potential prospect is positive, responsible, and has a professional looking profile.

After you look at their profile write a message to connect with them based on something you have in common with them. The key is not to resort to flattery but to make a genuine connection.

There are really four steps you are looking to take your prospect through if you believe what you have to offer will benefit them.

  1. Initial Message
  2. Building Rapport
  3. Identify a problem
  4. Offer Help

You want to make yourself out to be somewhat of an expert. Ask questions to get the conversation going. Bring up your business casually in conversation. Have content created to make yourself look credible and build a rapport. Many people miss the step of identifying a problem before taking about their opportunity. The only time to talk about having another person join your opportunity is after you have identified a problem. People tell problems to their friends. After the problem is identified it is then natural to offer a solution.

When you meet new people in person add them as a friend on Facebook. Building a relationship on Facebook allows you to take interest in what other people are doing. Taking a genuine interest in another person’s success is they key to building rapport and strong relationships.

Take a look at the prospects timeline. Make an initial connection based on something that you have in common. Send the prospect a message asking if it is ok to connect.

2. Interact, Engage, and Communicatemarketing mindset

Be sure to interact, engage and communicate with anyone who likes comments and shares your content. These people like something about what you are doing and it is your job to show genuine gratitude.

3. Birthday Messages

When it is someone’s birthday send the person a private message instead of posting on their wall. If you really know the person send the person a private video message. Simply tell the person happy birthday, mention their name, and tell them to have a great day.

Spark up new conversations with existing friends on Facebook. Go into your friend’s list and take a look at the person’s profile. If they are someone that you want to connect with, send them a private message. If you do not want to connect with this person.

When someone sends you a friend request takes a look at their wall and if they are someone that you would like to connect with sending them a private message. Become consistent using facebook live. Facebook is favoring live video. Facebook lives can help you to deliver valuable content to your target audience in a consistent way. One of the best things I did to help me with becoming more consistent was creating weekly Facebook Live Show. Instead, focus on branding yourself as someone who is an authority who is able to offer valuable content that solves problems.
  • Do not put your company name in your name. If your company name is within your profile name please remove it. People do business with people not with companies.
  • Do not spam comment about your business opportunity. Get to know people and make connections.

How to market effectively in groups?

Think about where your target market is going to be located. Be respectful of the type of group that you join. Take a look at the type of post that are and are not right for each group. Go to where the people who want what you have to offer are hanging out. The important thing to do is to connect with people. Join groups with the people who can be helped by your service. Come from a place of value.

Stand out in a group by doing video. Teach something inside of the groups. You can also do Facebook lives inside of some network marketing groups. This is actually a good way to practice content before going live on your profile.

My why came from going to a job where I no longer agreed philosophically with the way that people were being treated. I have a problem when people are treated like robots and lives like play toys that you wind up with coffee and energy drinks and press go to meet deadlines each week. At that point, what was once a career turns into a J.O.B. (just over broke.) Even if you are an avid saver and/or investor you may not be financially broke but being time broke is just as harmful to enjoying full and complete freedom.

When I began to implement the ideas from my marketing system I was able to create a business for me and not against me. I was finally in business for myself but not by myself. This marketing and information system was the catalyst to finally getting results and understanding exactly what I was not doing that the top earners were doing. I began to make connections with the leadership in the company and my business began to change.

Paramount to my transformation into a serious entrepreneur was gaining the confidence to dream big and build a business around what I wanted.

Here are some questions you want to answer when creating the vision for the lifestyle of your dreams.

  • Where do you see yourself living?
  • What will you be doing?
  • How much free time do you have to spend with your family?

These are all personal questions because your business life is exclusive and tailored to your goals and aspirations.

Your business life is connected to your why. Maybe you want to work from anywhere in the world. Maybe you want to leave a legacy for generations to come. There are really no limits to the possibilities.

You and I both know there a plenty of people making money online and working from their home. They are not super smart gurus with a PHD in online business. They simply have discovered the secret blueprint to having success online.

When you focus solely on expectations you are telling yourself that your goal is outside of you. Thoughts of appreciation trigger to your mind that what you want is already within you. Your inner energy should match the energy of the person that you want to become. Act in appreciation as if you already have the goal.

The intention of a goal is to acknowledge what you want in life and who you have to become to get it. We are really after the feeling of who we want to become. Appreciate that feeling.

I remember how excited I was when I received my first e-commerce commission. It is funny how the same event two weeks later did not have the same effect. I learned that I needed to appreciate everything that I had in life. The material gain was only a jolt of inspiration. The goal is to live in inspiration to better inspire others. I learned that gratitude is key transforming energy into a higher state no matter what the current obstacle. Everything is a matter of perspective. We have to choose to appreciate everything that comes into our life’s path, to leave a trail of excellence that the next person can walk on.
