The Stampin’ Up compensation plan offers associates the opportunity to earn commissions on the sales of products and services. You also get paid commission when you refer other members into the business building a downline.

Below I will cover the bonuses and other ways to get paid with the Stampin’ Up compensation plan.

Finding Your Purpose

You started in your business to provide the lifestyle that you want for you and your family. You did not start your business to hold you hostage.

When you hear the word entrepreneur, what vision does this conjure up?

Many entrepreneurs let what starts off as a fun exciting adventure become a task that seems like just another job with long hours

The best business leaves you with the freedom that you deserve.

My why came from going to a job where I no longer agreed philosophically with the way that people were being treated. I have a problem when people are treated like robots and lives like play toys that you wind up with coffee and energy drinks and press go to meet deadlines each week. At that point, what was once a career turns into a J.O.B. (just over broke.) When I began to implement the ideas from my marketing system I was able to create a business for me and not against me. I was finally in business for myself but not by myself. I began to make connections with the leadership in the company and my business began to change.

Paramount to my transformation into a serious entrepreneur was gaining the confidence to dream big and build a business around what I wanted.

How much free time do you have to spend with your family?

Have you ever wondered how long it would take for you to become successful? This thought occurs when we lose sight of the importance of the journey that we are on. We must embrace the journey to get the results that we want. Ideally, we should seek to have the feelings, emotions, and energy of the exact person that we want to become. The path to getting what you want is where the learning is done. The lessons that you learn will help others as they embark on their journey.

Success Takes Time

Know that every experience is for your good if you seek to understand the lesson. Some of the toughest moments in your life will lead to your greatest growth. Our struggles actually help us to become the resilient person that we want to be. Humans are emotional beings. That is because emotion is actually energy in motion. Our energy should match that of the person that we want to become and attract.

If you want to make more money, help other people make more money. We have tools in our hands that will help people to earn. The marketplace will pay you in the direct proportion that it receives from you. Thinking in terms of helping others actually helps you to appreciate the person that you want to become rather than the material things that person will have.

It may take you longer than expected but you will not give up. There is no specific amount of time.

Is your goal worth the time it will take? Anything worth having is worth working for. Take the time to learn. Your business will be no different. Many people starting in the field of entrepreneurship do not have anyone close to them that has done it before. Therefore, this is about building a legacy. We should hope that what we are doing today out lives us in order for our life can have and impact for generations to come.

Characteristics of a Successful Entrepreneur

Keep your end goal and vision in mind. Fall in love with the process of building your business. The outcome will come if you love what you are doing.

Get rid of self-limiting beliefs. Make success a daily habit. Find small victories throughout your journey and celebrate them. Celebrate every dollar that you get. It is easy to think about lack. Show gratitude for the small wins.

Trade your expectations for appreciations.

Goals are important. However, make sure that you are living as if you are the person that you want to become.

When you focus solely on expectations you are telling yourself that your goal is outside of you. Thoughts of appreciation trigger to your mind that what you want is already within you. Your inner energy should match the energy of the person that you want to become. Act in appreciation as if you already have the goal.

The intention of a goal is to acknowledge what you want in life and who you have to become to get it. We are really after the feeling of who we want to become. Appreciate that feeling.

I remember how excited I was when I received my first e-commerce commission. It is funny how the same event two weeks later did not have the same effect. I learned that I needed to appreciate everything that I had in life. The material gain was only a jolt of inspiration. The goal is to live in inspiration to better inspire others. I learned that gratitude is key transforming energy into a higher state no matter what the current obstacle. Everything is a matter of perspective. We have to choose to appreciate everything that comes into our life’s path, to leave a trail of excellence that the next person can walk on.

How to Become A Person of Influence

Within the online marketing community, it is important to provide consistent value to the marketplace. Providing valuable content allows you to turn all people who aren’t interested in your opportunity to followers of your movement.

Valuable content allows you to say, “that’s fine if you’re not interested in my network marketing company. But here is a great training for you that can help you to build your business .”

Building a business is simple but it is not easy. It’s all about consistency. Your focus should be on branding yourself to attract an ideal prospect. Make sure your profile covers the exact kind of people who you want to attract to your business.

Become a Leader Online

Choose the top three leaders within your specific niche. What do their profiles look like? What problems do they solve for your target market? Think about your message and your point of view.

The more honest you are in your branding the more people will respect you. Share the story that makes you unique. People love stories that show that you can relate to what they are currently going through. Even if you have yet to overcome a given obstacle yourself people will respect and follow your efforts.

Imagine if you could present yourself as a credible authority by sharing your story.

Are you being edgy?

The most effective post are going to be the ones where you share your biggest pet peeve in a positive way. For example, Share that message in a positive way, not in a negative way.

For example, if you want to talk about negative people you may say, “Not enough people in business understand the importance of proper use of time. We need to stop running our business like an annoying job and start moving towards a more professional and noble stance. Growing your business should become synonymous with growing yourself.”

This is effective because it relates to a pain point for your audience while driving home a motivational message to ease that pain.

Learn how to recruit leaders. When you recruit leaders it because you are.

The Conversation

I don’t use scripts anymore. It is important to not have the mindset of always trying to get people into your business. If you have that mindset you will only attract people who want you to join their business.

With that said, there are six questions you may want to consider asking when speaking to new prospects. It is important to have a natural conversation and think about these questions conceptually rather than the exact words.

Closing questions

Question 1: What do you do for work? (Goal is to get them to ask you back)
Question 2: How long have you been doing that for?
Question 3 : Wow you must love it. Huh?
Question 4: Have you ever considered doing anything different?

Question 5: this may or may not be for you, but based on what you shared with me you may want to take a look at what I do, Especially since it wouldn’t interfere time-wise with your commitments, if you’re open I could send you some information if not no big deal.

Feel them out, if it’s not the right time you’ll know. Make sure you’ve properly identified a problem you can solve.

Question 6: Here is my number (—-) give me a call if you have questions, What’s yours so I know who’s calling me?

The key is to offer a helping hand and build rapport. Talk to people and build relationships sometimes you will be able to help others, other times they will be able to help you. Take your personal development seriously as it is the key to becoming an effective leader.

How do you know if you are on the right track in your business?

Many people want to know the exact process to reach their goals. They want the steps to success. However, sometimes when we are given these steps we don’t embrace the process. Expect resistance along the way to achieve any worthy ideal.

There are two action takers. One that works hard with little results and one that works hard and gets results. What is the reason? Is it experience? Is it mindset?

The difference may be applying what you learned with faith. Faith will help you to remain focused and agile as the inevitable obstacles fall in your path. Are you making your life hard by choosing better and easy? If you are not feeling massive resistance you cannot expect to grow.

Facing Adversity

The universe dictates that resistance precedes growth. A seed is not planted in the soil to complain about the dark. There is always light on the other side if we choose to pierce through the dirt and grow.

If you feel that you are on the right track then don’t give up.

Why do we give up?

We allow ourselves to stop before we succeed when we allow our fears to consume us. Sometimes it is the fear of doing something wrong and other times it is the fear of something not working. However, if we learn from our mistakes, then how can doing something incorrectly be any worse than not doing it at all. You will learn from your failure as failure is feedback for growth.

Don’t allow fear of the unknown to hold you back. If your exact path to success was known you would have already experienced it. Therefore, we should embrace the experience that provides the lessons to help others.

Has what you are doing has worked for other people?

If what you are doing has worked for other people then you are moving in the right direction. The key is to take fearless imperfect action. Embrace the process of growing each day. When you eventually emerge you will be able to help the next person with more empathy and understanding.

The steps you take to get to where you want to go should make you uncomfortable. You would not expect to walk into a gym and lift weights that weigh nothing.

Remember you will attract the exact thing that you think about daily. Make an unwavering expectation to grow and execute.

Connection Between Goal Achievement and Facing Adversity

Stop looking for the easiest way and embrace the development process. Your failure is feedback.

We need to embrace the process and know where we are going. If you don’t know where you’re going, you will most likely never get there. Know what you want and then create a plan to get it.

Overcoming Adversity Allows You to Help and Work With Others

Make sure that in your plan you illustrate how much value you are willing to give to reach your goals. Think about who you would like to meet to help you to reach your goals.

Make an inventory of your most important connections. Think about how you have added value to these connections to make them last.

Think about the connections that you want to make and how you will add value to those new connections. Value can be as simple as showing gratitude or consistently liking their Facebook post and taking a genuine interest in what they are doing.

The attitude of adding value to the life of the person that you looking to connect with is the key to strengthening the connection and making it last.

The truth is, in order for you to reach your dreams you have to help other to reach theirs. Write down the exact actions you will take to offer the value that will make your dream a reality.

If you really want to motivate yourself it is important to imagine the impact that you will have on the world by achieving your vision.

What do you want your legacy to be? What do you want people to think about when they hear your name? When someone looks to the family tree why should they talk about your picture? Secure your family’s future?

The truth is that it takes time to know exactly what you want your legacy to be.

Self-Improvement and Motivation

The motivation process is started by when you decide where you want to be and what legacy you want to leave. Define how people will see you as you reach your goals.

If your sick and tired of your current situation its time to take action.

Pain pushes you until a vision pulls you. If what you are doing is worth it there will be times when things seem so tough that you contemplate quitting. It is in those moments that something inside you wont allow you to quit. The reason for vision will ultimately pull closer to its attainment. That actions that you take will motivate you along the path. The moments that seem tough will begin to reinforce your burning desire.

The truth is if you don’t feel like doing something that is sometimes exactly the thing you need to do. People will hate your success. Most of the time, especially in the early stages of starting an online business, when people are being negative towards you, it means you are doing something right. People are sometimes scared of someone who has a vision beyond them.

In order to motivate yourself, embrace vulnerability. Your failure is feedback. Do not be afraid of taking imperfect action. Action is what will remove fear. Vulnerability is real. People want to see the real you and you have to let you out. Share you story because that is what people can relate to. As you show vulnerability the inevitable negative person will come. Those people who are criticizing you are not paying your bills or building your legacy. So ask yourself does their opinion matter.

Self-Help Guide

Sometimes what people don’t have is a clear plan to make their goals seem obtainable. If you are an aspiring entrepreneur you may be struggling come to grips with what you should be doing when. I know because I was there. Do you want a clear and concise daily plan of action? There are five simple steps to reach your goals, obtain your vision and leave the legacy of your dreams.

Meditation
Personal Development or Self-Help
Lear something new that you can Teach.
Turn what you learned into content.
Network. Connect with new people and share your content

Finally, think about what is going to be your reason for doing these steps even when you don’t feel like it. Find the pain point that you want to avoid at any cost. Allow that to motivate you when times are tough. Imagine that realizing your vision is the only way to avoid that pain and run towards your goals daily.
